Xander’s professional background spans operations, project leadership, and large-scale systems thinking. As a techno optimist and utopianist, Xander believes humanity already has the tools to build better systems. Family sits at the center of Xander’s values. He is a devoted husband and a proud father of two children, ages six and fourteen. His youngest is on the autism spectrum, an experience that has deepened Xander’s commitment to patience, accessibility, and designing systems that work for real people, not idealized ones. Outside of work, Xander is a dedicated yoga practitioner and an avid rock climber.
